Light Theory: Ultimate Course on How to Paint Light

Hello my friend and welcome to my class: HOW TO LIGHT!!!!

I love Light! It's like music in a movie. You change the Light/Song and you create a totally different mood. But before we can become playful with light and use it for our storytelling, it's necessary to understand the fundamentals of how light is working. So, therefore, I created this Video Course.

Class Project:

Together we will transform a plain yellow shape into a "real" lemon.

In each chapter, I will explain a different form of light and shadow, and together we will then put what we have learned into practice and paint it in our lemon.

For this, you can use the PSD file "Lemon" (which you can open in different drawing programs). In it, you will find our painting model and helpful summaries on each topic.

I will use Photoshop, but you can use any digital drawing software you want.
